Additionally, slight variations between batches may occur. These factors do not constitute product defects and are not grounds for returns, exchanges, or refunds.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, leaking, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at customerservice@conscentualfragrances.com.

Clear photographs of the product, packaging, and shipping label

Once reviewed, we will work with you to provide a replacement, store credit, refund, or another appropriate resolution at our discretion.

Lost, Missing, or Delayed Packages

If shipping protection was purchased with your order, please contact us immediately at customerservice@conscentualfragrances.com so we can assist with the claims process.

If shipping protection was not purchased, customers should contact the shipping carrier directly regarding delayed, lost, or missing packages.

Please note that once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, ConScentual Fragrances is not responsible for theft, loss, damage, or misdelivery that occurs after delivery.
